Plans that grow with your family

Each email you forward to Molo counts as one extraction, regardless of how many events are found inside it. A school newsletter containing 8 events uses one extraction from your monthly allowance. PDF attachments within the same email are processed as part of that single extraction.

Molo syncs directly with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook. You can also export events as an ICS file and import them into any other calendar application that supports the format. We are working on direct integrations with Fantastical and Cozi.

No. Molo only receives emails you explicitly forward to your personal Molo address. We never connect to your school's email systems, and the content of the emails you send us is used solely to extract calendar events. After extraction, the raw email content is discarded. We store only the structured event data.

Yes. You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and does not require a credit card. You can use it for as long as you want. The 30 extractions per month limit resets at the start of each calendar month.
